What is a narrative?
A narrative is a type of writing that tells a story that has a beginning, middle, and end. A narrative also has the following key components:
An introduction
A conclusion
Topic sentences
A plot
A setting
A main character/s and other supporting characters
Climax
Are Descriptive
Theme
Fiction or Non fiction
Have lots of details
A Conflict
A Resolution
Have lots of details
Can have pictures
An example of a narrative is a book

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Pinocchio
